You may upload images, screenshots, texts, letters, or other communication materials. We review them and provide a likelihood assessment as to whether the communication is genuine or a potential scam.
Subscription Verification System
You receive:

- A verification link
- A QR code
When presented to callers, visitors, or third parties, this link/QR code confirms that you are a Prevento subscriber and protected by our monitoring and advice services.
Risk Alerts, Recommendations & Anti-Scam Advice
We inform you of suspicious indicators and offer guidance on staying safe.
We do not guarantee outcomes, prevent scams, enforce legal rights, or provide financial, legal, or emergency assistance. See Section 14 (Disclaimer).
Account Registration
To use our subscription services, you must:
- Create an account
- Provide accurate personal details
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
Subscription Fees & Payments

- Grant Prevento permission to analyse it
- Agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
We may refuse to analyse content that is:
- Unlawful
- Abusive
- Encrypted without a password
- Incomplete or unreadable
- Connected to threats, violence, or criminal activity (or suspected thereof)
We do not store communication content indefinitely; see our Privacy Policy for retention timelines.
Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Services:

- To harass, defraud, or mislead others
- To upload harmful or malicious content
- To attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt our systems
